off again

Well , it is a new week and a new destination. We are off to Red Mesa on Thursday. It is going to be a fast trip down on Thurs, and home on Sun. Monday AM we leave for girls camp for several days(5) i AM ALREADY tired!!!!and we haven't even left yet. I am very excited to see Soctt and Brittany and Jason who are coming from the valley. I keep going to sleep at the computer so will have to modify this blog later. love ya all

Saturday Nite

Well, We have been to McCall for 4 days. We had such a good time. Looked up the Dillions' and visited with them over lunch -overseeiing the Payette llake. then the next day we went out on the lake withi them and some other couples. What fun that was!!!!!!!!!!Jerry lost his phone in the lake but other than that we went fast --- stopped and ate lunch inn a cove and enjoyed ourselves We are going back to Cascade next week . Plan to raft the Payette river and take the train ride along the Payette. I love the country there and here. I am struggling with my weight tho' while traveling around. I teach tomorrow so need to go work on it. love all

It's 2 am

Here it is again-- am time and I am up again for about an hour, got up to go to the bathroom, decided to check the temp outside and then to check my email. Of course i can't do that without checking for comments on our blog.
played hand and foot last night until 10--- I am not very good at card games however I am still hot when it comes to rummy cube.
guess i am better at thinking games than chance games-- which makes me feel good.
I have a DR. appt at 8"30 in the morning-- just to get established with someone. then to market to market to buy a fat pig(so we can go camping) I am excited to go because I like the McCall area. reading books and taking naps. Of course I need to work on my lesson for sunday.
Chesleys' came by last night and Tyler got behind my push toy and started to walk-- he was so funny he got so excited. It was fun to see his enthusiasm for a new skill. Love to you all

one week later

I think I like purple for my font color today. I wonder if they did a study on the color of ones font --what kind of personality or mood one is in when the color is chosen. Sort of like handwriting analysis. Just the unstable me wondering who I really am other than what I think I am. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wow that was too deep.

I miss all of my family. Somedays I think of the fun we had on Sundays'--carmel popcorn, Disney and sometimes friends over. AH for those sunday afternoons again.
I have been getting ready for the Woods to come and then for girls camp. I tweeked the menu for camp. I thought it had toooooo many carbs not enough veggies and fruit. Between Woods and Camp we are going to Red Mesa for LeGrands family reunion. Travis Slade is in charge so it should be interesting and fun. I have visited some of your blogs --what fun they are to reaed and keep up on your lives.

The new week

Here it is early Sunday morning and I am having a hot flash and can't sleep. I thought that I would have outgrown them by now but NO! I am still suffering. The fan is on but it doesn't seem to be enough. I thought about a nice cold shower but decided against it. No reason, except that I am too tired. Don't want to shock the system you know.
We are leaving around noon oo Monday to visit my cousin from Oregon. We are going to camp and compare pictures of ansesotors. I have some old tintype 's and don't know who they are Hopefully she will. WE are meeting at a camp ground here in Idaho. We will only be gone until Wed. Am

It has taken me all week to recover from our reunion trip. I am finally feeling rested. We are looking forward to visiting with our Friends the Wood's. We don't know exactly when they will be here but we know that they are coning and we are going camping and possibly rafting the Payette while they are here.

Well I think i will try to go back to bed and sleep. later

Family Reunion 2007 Car-trek the Next Generation

We have just returned from my (MY PARENTS) family reunion. What a fun time we had. Most of the grandchildren were there. we have a whole new generation(crop_) of children. It was fun to see all the little ones--they are soooooo cute. How we are so blessed. I will have to tell you that on the way home I was traveling with Marie and her 3 children. Gwen and Hunter were fighting with each other--and then all at once she yelled " That's it! I am not going to be you brother any more!!!" It was so funny.
