My Week with the Halladays"

I had a great week with the Halladays'. We had so much fun!!! Lynn and I laughed and thought about napping alot. It is the first time I have ever been able to run circles around her---she is usually able to run faster than I.

We made a georgous flower arrangement, hung pictures, moved furniture, trying to hang curtains(that hung scampous, and not looking great), taking down the rod and curtains, repairing the damage putting the verticals back up and cleaning up before Jake came home to this huge mess.

it was hotter there than I liked. However I survived.
LeGrand did oK , while I was gone. We are thru traveling around this summer . at least for a while.

I came home and my sister,Kathy came. I took her to the airport this AM and then came home to a nap. I am preparing my RS lesson so will go for now. It is good to be home.

This week we are separated ~~~

I am in sunny southern California with Lynn and Jake. They have just moved here and Lynn and I are trying to get things put away and pictures hung on the walls. So far it looks alot like we have just made a mess. Hopefully by tomorrow afternoon we will begin to look finished. LeGrand stayed in Idaho to help the boys and tned the garden. so for now we are parted.

We went to the temple tonight. What a beautidul place it is(Newport beach_+_) Tomorrow we are planning some time at the beach with a stoop at Pier I for longer drapes.

I brought the dog to Lynn-- he seems to be adapting pretty well.

end of my girls camp week

Well, here I am Saturday after girls camp. We got home on Friday afternoon about 1 pm. I had a good time--it was hard work being the cook.....and making sure all was ready and served on time. There was more free time than usual even for a ward camp. We played games , I even got a nap 2 days in the afternoon. there was a nature hike in the area where we camped and I went on it 3 days in a row. it was beautiful. I even wrote 2 poems while sitting by the falls on the 2nd day. I am posting some pictures of the water area of the hike and also the skit done by the leaders one night. I came home soosoooo tired. but I will survive.

I get to go to Lynn's on Wednesday. I am excited to spend time with her and get her apt. put together. Now that she is the "graduate" . besides being the glowing pregnant MOM.
